Art Legacy
Exemplary rehabilitation in the heart of the Pombaline Baixa.
Located in the Pombaline Baixa, in the historic center of Lisbon, the Art Legacy Hotel is the result of an exemplary rehabilitation project that combines architectural heritage with innovation. Opened in 2023, it occupies a century-old building that has been carefully restructured, preserving historical elements while incorporating a high-quality contemporary design language.
With a total of 53 rooms across various categories — all equipped with soundproofing, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, and private bathroom — the hotel embraces a bold design concept signed by the brand Moooi, featuring interiors with strong visual and chromatic expression.
The project also includes a signature restaurant in a spacious and multifunctional area, designed to complement the hotel’s offering with a highly refined gastronomic experience. A unique asset that combines a privileged location, heritage value, and a distinctive visual identity, reinforcing its premium positioning in Lisbon’s hotel market.
